Pinky Baby offers free and easy exchanges and returns – no questions asked!

We will accept all returns as long as you let us know by emailing care@pinkybabyshop.com 

What items are eligible for return/exchange?

You can return/exchange your items within 30 days of your purchase.

  • They must be in original condition, clothing unwashed, unworn with tags on
  • Final sale items not eligible for return. International orders are final sale.
  • We do not guarantee an item will be in stock when you request an exchange, if purchasing a limited edition item or if you need your replacement asap, we recommend purchasing the desired item and sending the original back for a return. 

Are there any charges for return/exchanges?

  • There are no charges for returns or exchanges
  • Pre-paid shipping will be provided for exchanges and returns for store credit, you are responsible for the charges of the return shipping for all other items (shipping fee is deducted from refund amount on returned items). 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

How do I return/exchange?

  • Mention your order number
  • Give the item details you want to return
  • E-mail the above details to care@pinkybabyshop.com
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable/exchangeable. Any free gift with purchase must be sent back with your return to receive a refund to the original form of payment, unless otherwise stated. Exchanges are welcome. If free gift with purchase is not received, a refund in the form of a gift certificate will be issued. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Book with obvious signs of use

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or defective for reasons not due to our error.

Damaged Items

In the case of damaged or incorrect items received, items will be replaced if we are informed within 30 days of purchase.

How soon will I get my refund/exchange?

  • Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, or you will receive a new order number for your new item.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be processed, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
